Extracurricular activities

In addition to regular curricular activities such as classes, experiments, and practical training, extracurricular activities are an important part of university life.Extracurricular activities not only allow you to make many friends, but also give you a good opportunity to broaden your horizons and cultivate a rich sense of sensibility.In addition to general clubs, there are also unique circles related to the ocean.

1. Various forms

When submitting the form below, be sure to report it to your advisor.Also, for forms that require the signature and seal of an advisor, be sure to obtain their signature and seal.Please note that documents without the advisor's signature or seal will not be accepted.

monthly Extracurricular activity schedule A form will be sent to extracurricular activity groups by email at the beginning of each month. Fill in the "Extracurricular Activity Schedule" with the next month's schedule, and fill in the "Extracurricular Activity Safety Confirmation Report" with the safety report for the previous month, and submit it by the 15th. If you do not submit the form, you may not be able to use the extracurricular activity facilities.

Sports safety insurance is a one-year contract with the expiration date of insurance coverage on March 3st, so new second, third and fourth year students must complete the insurance renewal procedure for the new year by March 31st of the previous year in order to participate in activities from the new year. New first year students and additional students of second year or higher must complete the insurance procedure for the new year as soon as the list of new students and additional upperclassmen is compiled.

Extracurricular Activity Group Continuation Certification Application Form All authorized circles must submit by the end of May. * The member list must be submitted when forming a group, when there is a change in members, or when there is a change in members.
*The drug handling notification form should be submitted only by organizations that handle drugs.
*Starting from the 7 academic year, each extracurricular activity group will undergo an accounting audit (previous year's financial statement + current year's budget plan) by the advisory teacher. Please prepare your activity plan, income and expenditure budget, and income and expenditure statement between the end of March and the beginning of April 8, report them to your advisory teacher, and then submit them when you submit your renewal documents at the end of May 3.
