In the Department of Marine Resources and Energy, we conduct education and research related to science and technology that contributes to harmonizing marine development and environmental conservation, leading research in marine science and technology, and fostering human resources with advanced specialized skills and originality. This recruitment is seeking people who are motivated to actively engage in education and research in environmental engineering or chemical engineering in a broad sense. In particular, we welcome those who conduct research in the field of chemistry related to marine resource utilization and resource circulation, such as new material development, waste reduction, and recycling, based on materials chemistry, reaction engineering, catalyst engineering, and microbiological techniques. However, even if you do not currently have any research experience related to the ocean, you are also welcome to apply if you are motivated to conduct research in the marine field after assuming your post.
