The Next Generation Ship Operation Technology Development Center (hereafter referred to as the Next Generation Ship Center) aims to contribute to the formulation of international rules and human resource development for next generation ship operation by conducting research on the verification and improvement of new technologies for next generation ships, research on the formation of technologies and rules for safe operation, and research on methods for training personnel to operate next generation ships. The Next Generation Ship Center is comprised of the Autonomous Ship Group, Alternative Fuel Ship Group, and ShipDXWe have organized three research groups in the Autonomous Ship Research Group, and are working on a wide range of research fields related to next-generation ships./ShipDXThe Digital Engineering Group has implemented a remote monitoring system on the university's training ship, the Shioji Maru, and is building a digital twin system for the Shioji Maru, conducting research and development into operational technologies for next-generation ships./ShipDXIn the group, we will provide teachers who will be hired with information on autonomous ships or ships.DXWe plan to have you conduct research related to chemistry.
